Fischcurry instructions

  1. Öl in einer beschichteten Pfanne warm werden lassen..
  2. Die sehr fein gewürfelten Zwiebeln beigeben und bei niedriger Temperatur ein paar Minuten anschwitzen lassen, nicht zu braun werden lassen..
  3. Currypaste beigeben und kurz (ca. 1 Minute) mitdämpfen. Achten, dass die Temperatur nicht zu hoch ist und das Curry nicht anbrennt..
  4. Kokosmilch dazugiessen, mit der Currypaste gut vermischen und nur einmal kurz aufkochen, dann gleich Hitze reduzieren..
  5. Fischfilet beigeben, Deckel aufsetzten und Fischwürfel ca. 10 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze durchgaren lassen..
  6. Wer mag, kann natürlich mit Koriander garnieren. Da ich überhaupt kein Koriander Liebhaber bin, gibt es den bei mir nie drauf.😉.
